Well, now I am beginning to think I am addicted to blogging. Thanks a lot Michele =)Now anytime we go anywhere, I never leave my camera behind. It feels like I've been taking so many pictures lately and just want to capture the right shot. Is it possible for toddlers to develop seizures from all those camera flashes? just kidding....
Today we planned on watching our neighbors, Chase and Robert, play baseball against eachother, but Dylan has been sleeping all afternoon. He went down at noon and he is still out. That is very unusual for him, but I'm not complaining. I've been able to get a lot done. This morning must have tuckered him out. He helped me rearrange the living room and vacuum. I swear most kids do not like the noise, but he loves pushing it around. What a helper.
When he wakes up, I think we are going to go shopping for a bit. We need to exchange the outfits Todd got him for a larger size. Its so hard to figure out his size since all the clothes fit different. In some shirts he wears a 24m or 2t and others he is in 18 months still. Shorts are another story though. We figured he would be in 18 months since that is what he wears for pants and jeans, but in shorts he is 12 months. I think its because he has such little legs. He gets that from both grandpas.
We are going out to Vegas in a few weeks to visit Jason and Amanda. We are so excited about it. I have a conference to go to, but during the evenings and on Friday and Saturday we will be able to spend time with them. My parents are also flying out, so that will be fun. We are working with Dylan on saying grandpa and grandpa, but we are not there yet.

Chuck E Cheese
We went to Chuck E Cheese with Rachel, Michael, and Suzette tonight. It was actually a lot of fun. The kids started out in the toddler zone and ventured out with the big kids or should I say the dad and mom zone. Afterall, we are kids too, right?
Now that they are mobilie, we really had to watch them closely when we weren't holding them. Dylan was loving his independence and didn't want to leave. The minute we got him in the car though, he crashed.

TODDLER ZONE... watch out, here comes Dylan and Rachel

After we turned in our tickets, the kids got a little something. Dylan got a football armband and Rachel got a pink princess bracelet.

OH Yeah, there are even more pictures...

Dylan and Rachel enjoyed being in the cars.
It was always fun to see who was going to be the driver and who would be the passenger.
I think 90% of the time, Rachel won.

Rachel and her daddy

Dylan didn't know what to think of Bob the builder...

Hey Grandpa, I like my John Deere too....
Just like my daddy

Swimming fun
hmmm... where is my duckie? This isn't like my normal bathtime. I sure hope the water is nice and warm.
daddy??
We decided to take full advantage of the beautiful weather, so we filled up Dylan's pool. Todd wanted to make sure the water was just right so he filled up the pool with warm water. Dylan didn't really know what to think, but we will try it again this weekend. Hopefully it will be warm out. Its been in the 80's all week.
After Dylan was in the pool, he decided he wanted to dry off and be on his swing for awhile. While the cars drove by, he waived hi to everyone.

Look at the doggy
oh yeah- Its Springtime
I'll continue adding to this section so you can see how the flower continue to grow. There are a lot of new buds coming up, but I'm not sure what they are yet. Its a mystery.
Last time mom and dad were down visiting, dad planted several bulbs in my gardens. They flowers are just starting to come up. I love all the pink and yellow colors.
Corn Holing... what a name huh?
The name of the game is corn holing. If you get the bean bag in the hole, you get 3 points, if you get the bag on the board then it is 1 point. The first one to 21 wins.
One of our favorite things to do is corn hole. We actually call it the bean bag game, but I guess that is the official name. Todd and Robert played against eachother and of course Dylan wanted in on the action.
Go Hawks!
Duck, Duck, Goose
Little golfer
BONK... hey now, play nice =)

Hey Robert, look at what I can do...

SMILE... I'm the next Tiger Woods

Dylan got his first set of golf clubs and tested them out. He has fun hitting the balls and hitting the ground with the clubs. Our neighbor, Robert, cam over to show Dylan the proper form and how to hit the ball. It was pretty cute watching them interact. They have fun together.

Daddy plus 1
This week I was traveling for work to our New Orleans facility and Todd was on Daddy patrol. He said he had a lot of fun with Dylan. He figured out his routine and actually had him at the daycare a lot earlier than when I take him. When I came home last night, Todd and Dylan greeted me at the door. It made my heart melt seeing them. Dylan was so tired that he didn't give me the warmest of welcomes that I had hoped, but I did get a hug from him.
During the night, Dylan woke up a few times. Since Todd said he could handle it, I had him comfort Dylan and I caught up on some z's. This morning, Todd got him dressed and took him to the daycare too.
